Your Role
- Technical contact person in the area of IT-Security Solutions
- Cross-team support in the creation and implementation of technical solution concepts
- Support in planning, installation, configuration and migration of innovative IT-Security solutions
- Administration/control of existing security solutions (e.g.: Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Cisco DUO MFA, etc.)
- 2nd level support
- Support in preparation and execution of technical product trainings and workshop for other support teams
- Study as (business) computer scientist or (business) engineer or comparable training as business economist
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or IT project management
- Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services
- Very good knowledge in the areas of Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service
- Very good communication skills, also in an international environment
- Very good consensus-building skills and strong teamwork skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
