Segment Marketing Manager - Home
The mission of SMA Western Europe (Benelux – France – United Kingdom & Ireland) is to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in line with local market needs, support revenue-generation activities, specifically for the Home Segment.
Reporting to the regional marketing director, the segment marketing manager – Home provides market insights, and use it to turn global segment strategy and vision into actionable marketing and communications projects and campaigns fitting to the local market.
The segment marketing manager acts as project manager for campaign and event deployment, in coordination with internal and external marketing (digital, content, events).
The segment marketing manager works very closely with the sales teams, and is in regular contacts with customers.

Your contribution to the big picture
  • You collect, analyse, share insights on the home (residential) segment (potential, competition, regulations, trends…)
  • You make recommendations and are involved in the identifications of market opportunities (verticals, new players, additional sales channels…)
  • You work closely with the global business units to keep up to date with upcoming development and you provide feedback on regional markets.
  • You structure the roll out of systems launches & always on campaigns, etc., including their schedule, level of localization, and intensity.
  • You brief the marketing services pool (content management, digital marketing, operational teams), coordinate their efforts and identify potential issues.
  • You report regularly on project progress and make sure all resources work toward the same goals, and at project ends with the key performance indicators.
  • You can develop content as of when needed (Presentations, web content, social media posts)
  • You manage sales enablement, i.e. the provision of content, tools, information, collaborative platforms for sales teams. You constantly ensure a clear alignment between sales and marketing.

Your skills are in demand
  • You have a degree in business administration or marketing
  • You have many years of experience in an international environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing for B2B2C systems and solutions
  • You can work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have demonstrated strong organization and analytical skills
  • You know how to lead projects and teams
  • Perfect fluency in English as well as French and or Dutch
  • Team player and team leader
  • Willingness to travel
