Your responsibilities:

As part of a new staffing initiative, we are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Specialist (m/f/d) for our ecological farming company, KWS Klostergut in Wiebrechtshausen. We offer an exciting opportunity in the field of ecological field vegetable cultivation, available immediately on a full-time and permanent basis. Your responsibilities:

• Execution of all agricultural tasks, particularly in root crop cultivation (potatoes, carrots, beets)
• Operation and maintenance of field irrigation systems
• Advancement of root crop cultivation through the introduction of automated systems and technical adjustments to machinery
• Maintenance, care, and repair of machinery
• Loading and unloading, as well as sorting of root crops, inventory control, and maintenance
• Performance of simple manual tasks on the premises

Your profile:

• Completed education, ideally in the agricultural field (as a gardener, farmer, or agricultural machinery mechanic)
• Initial experience and knowledge in field vegetable cultivation and ecological farming advantageous
• Technical understanding combined with manual dexterity
• Enthusiasm for working in nature within a small, motivated team
• Reliability, independent work ethic, and high initiative
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Driver's licenses for classes B, BE, T, and fluent German language skills round out your profile!
